Immunoblotting standard. Whole cell extract of human Jurkat macrophage cells. Supplied in SDS-PAGE sample buffer, ready to use. Applications: positive Westernblot control for intact, 116 kDa PARP with PARP antibodies. Also, a control for detection of procaspases 3, -7, -8 and -9 with caspase antibodies. Recommended gel load is 10 µl per lane (~100,000 cells).
