产品介绍 | Nocodazole is a reversible anti-neoplastic agent which exerts its effect in cells by interfering with the polymerization of microtubules (tubulin). Several drugs including vincristine and colcemid are similar to nocodazole in that they interfere with microtubule polymerization. Nocodazole is frequently employed in cell biology laboratories to synchronize the cell division cycle; cells treated with nocodazole arrest with a G2- or M-phase DNA content when analyzed by flow cytometry. Nocodazole has also been used to induce the formation of Golgi ministacks in eukaryotic cells due to lack of proper Tubulin function. |
备注 | Nocodazole is a rapidly-reversible inhibitor of microtubule polymerization, also inhibits Abl, Abl(E255K) and Abl(T315I) with IC50 of 0.21 μM, 0.53 μM and 0.64 μM, respectively. |
