AnaKit™ reagent kits from Scientific Instruments Division are designed to maximise performance of AnaLight® instrument systems. Kit contents are selected for convenience and reproducibility.

AnaKit™ Cleaning Kit
Convenient kit for cleaning and maintaining performance of AnaLight® fluidic systems. Contains all solutions and reagents necessary to perform any or all of the three recommended cleaning regimes for all instruments in the AnaLight® range.

AnaKit™ Calibration Kit
Kit contains the standard, validated calibration solutions needed to perform the simple AnaLight® calibration routines, resulting in optimal AnaLight® performance and experimental data that is traceable to national and international measurement standards.

AnaKit™ PBS Buffer Kit
Kit contains sterile and ready to use 4 x 200ml PBS (0.01M phosphate, 0.137M NaCl, 0.0027M KCl, pH.7.4, aqueous) recommended as a general purpose buffer for AnaLight® experiments.

AnaKit™ GMBS Immobilisation Kit
Convenient kit for covalent immobilisation of a range of molecules during AnaLight® experiments. Contains all reagents and solutions needed to covalently immobilise either molecules containing reactive thiol groups to the Amine AnaChip™ (2007-111c) or molecules containing reactive amine groups to the Thiol AnaChip™ (2007-113c) using sulpho-GMBS linker chemistry.

AnaKit™ BS3 Immobilisation Kit
Kit contains all reagents and solutions for covalent immobilisation of a range of molecules containing free and reactive amine groups to the Amine AnaChip™ (2007-111c) using BS3 amine-amine linker chemistry, a popular choice for both proteins and polymers. Also contains reagents for post-immobilisation surface blocking steps.
