不对称催化氢化反应是合成手性分子的重要方法之一,而C2对称性配体选择是设计此类反应的关键。

DuPHOSTM是一种新颖的富电子C2对称性手性双膦杂环戊烷配体,具有合适的立体位阻效应。相对于其他类型的手性双膦配体,美国STREM工厂研发生产的DuPHOSTM和BPE配体,在烯酰胺、2-烷基琥珀酸、羟基酯、开链烯醇酯、酮等类型底物的不对称催化氢化反应中显示出了极高的对映体选择性,因此被广泛应用于精细化工、医药行业。
