Lambda FIX II 载体试剂盒,PCR克隆载体

Agilent Lambda FIX II/Xho I 部分补平载体可提供含有 9–23 KB 片段样品的传统基因组克隆。我们所有用于基因组文库构建的载体都含有 T3 和 T7 RNA 启动子，用于快速基因步移和高分辨率基因定位。

T3 和 T7 启动子侧接于插入位点，可产生末端特异性 RNA 探针，用于染色体步移和限制性定位。此外，部分补平载体克隆试剂盒含有用 Xho I 预消解的 Lambda 载体。Lambda FIX II 系统还利用 spi（对 P2 抑制敏感）进行筛选。

9–23 KB 片段高质量的传统基因组克隆。
包含 T3 和 T7 RNA 启动子，可确保快速基因步移和高分辨率基因定位。
部分补平载体克隆试剂盒，其中包括利用 Xho I 预消解的 Lambda 载体。
