描述: Broparestrol (E)- 具有抗生育活性，是啮齿动物乳腺肿瘤发生的有效抑制剂。

体内活性: After the administration of Broparestrol (E)-, serum and pituitary prolactin decrease rapidly (10 ng/ml and 4 micrograms/mg of tissue, respectively), and prolactin receptors in the mammary gland are markedly reduced. Broparestrol (E)- also inhibits the development of normal mammary glands, prevents mammary carcinogenesis, and unexpectedly causes a significant atrophy of the ovaries[1].
