It is a colorless to dark yellow and colorless to brown liquid. It is a substrate for fungal laccases. 2,5-Dimethylaniline undergoes electrochemical oxidation in anhydrous NH4F·2.35 HF medium to form conducting polymer, poly(2,5-dimethylaniline). Poly(2,5-dimethylaniline) coating on copper substrate protects the Cu against corrosion. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectra of 2,5-dimethylaniline was studied. It induced transcription of lccIV.
2,5-二甲基苯胺是一种无色至暗黄色、无色至棕色的液体。它是真菌漆酶的底物。2,5-二甲基苯胺可在无水NH4F·2.35 HF介质中进行电化学氧化,形成导电聚合物,聚(2,5-二甲基苯胺)。铜基材上的聚(2,5-二甲基苯胺)涂层可保护铜免受腐蚀。2,5-二甲基苯胺的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和拉曼光谱已有研究。它可诱导lccIV的转录。
应用:
2,5-二甲基苯胺可用于合成嵌入聚(2,5-二甲基苯胺)中的多壁碳纳米管的纳米复合材料。 2,5-二甲基苯胺可用于研究真菌通过2,5-二甲苯胺形成的代谢产物对漆酶活性的影响。
