我们利用透明质酸酶对透明质酸进行部分降解，通过凝胶过滤HPLC分离，制备了具有不同聚合度（DP4-20）的透明质酸寡糖及DP>20的低分子组分。;Hyaluronic acid was partially degraded by hyaluronidase and separated by gel filtration HPLC. Hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides with different degrees of polymerization (DP4-20) and low molecular components with DP>20 were prepared.
