    生化机理

    CYC-116 is an orally bioavailable，small molecule Aurora kinase/VEGFR2 inhibitor with antineoplastic activity. CYC-116 inhibits Aurora kinases A and B and VEGFR2, resulting in disruption of the cell cycle, rapid cell death, and the inhibition of angiogenesis.
