| 应用 | Usually used industrially for the resolution of chiral compounds and the transesterification production of biodiesel. |
| 产品介绍 | This product is a liquid lipase product with high activity in the transesterifciation of glycerides, and in the esterification of free fatty acids (FFA). This product is useful for biodiesel applications, for the conversion of both glycerides and FFA into biodiesel, and for production of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) in the presence of methanol. This enzyme works at 40 °C, which allows the processese to require less energy for cooling. |
| 生化机理 | Lipases catalyze the hydrolysis of esters in aqueous solutions,the hydrolysis of triacylglycerols into glycerol and free fatty acids, and the synthesis of esters in non-aqueous solutions,and also produce hydroxyl and carboxylic groups through the hydrolysis of ester linkages in poly(ethylene terephthalate). |
