General description Programmed Test Mix

This mix is for a sensitive, temperature programmed analysis (Grob, et al., J. Chromatogr. 156: 1, 1978) that tests a column′s affinity for many compounds. Prepared at concentrations convenient for setting split ratios and sample sizes. On-column quantities are those recommended by Grob, et al. The test mix solvent is methylene chloride.
