Description

10X Taq Buffer with (NH4)2SO4 and 20 mM MgCl2 is a ready-to-use buffer for PCR with Fermentas Taq DNA Polymerases (both recombinant and native). High primer specificity is observed with this buffer within a broad range of annealing temperatures.

Quality Control

Tested for the absence of endo-, exodeoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases and functionally tested in amplification of 956 bp DNA fragment of a single-copy gene of human genomic DNA.
