| Introduction | TOLLIP is a ubiquitin-binding protein that interacts with several Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling cascade components. TOLLIP regulates inflammatory signaling and is involved in interleukin-1 receptor trafficking and in the turnover of IL1R-associated kinase. |

| Immunogen | Anti-human TOLLIP mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human TOLLIP amino acids 61-274 purified from E. coli. |

Recommended starting dilution is 1:500. |
