    备注 TW-37 is a novel nonpeptide inhibitor to recombinant Bcl-2, Bcl-xL and Mcl-1 with Ki of 0.29 μM, 1.11 μM and 0.26 μM, respectively.
    生化机理

    TW-37 is Bcl-2 inhibitor (Ki values are 0.29 μM and 1.11 μM for Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL respectively). TW-37 inhibits the angiogenic potential of endothelial cells in vitro. TW-37 induces S-phase arrest and apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cell lines; also inhibits the activation of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 in vitro and in vivo.
