    产品介绍 Nateglinide is an insulin secretagog agent that lowers blood glucose levels by stimulating insulin secretion from the pancreas. It achieves this by closing ATP-dependent potassium channels in the membrane of theβ cells. This depolarizes the β cells and causes voltage-gated calcium channels to open. The resulting calcium influx induces fusion of insulin-containing vesicles with the cell membrane, and insulin secretion occurs.

    生化机理 该产品是一种新型的Ⅱ型糖尿病治疗药物，属于胰岛素分泌促进剂和ATP敏感性钾通道阻滞剂。具有体内起效较快，降血糖持续作用时间短等特点，而且它不抑制逆向调节激素高血糖的增加，因而可减少引发低血糖的危险性。
