    产品介绍 Formoterol Hemifumarate是一种有效的，选择性的，长效β2-肾上腺素受体激动剂，作用于β2和β1受体，pKd分别为8.12和5.58。
    备注 Formoterol hemifumarate is a potent, selective and long-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonist to β2 and β1 receptors with pKd of 8.12 and 5.58, respectively.
    生化机理 Formoterol Fumarate is shown to be a potent β-AR adrenoceptor agonist, with a fast onset of effect on the isolated human bronchus model. This compound demonstrates a 330-fold selectivity for β2 over β1 receptors. Formoterol Fumarate has been reported to be 150-200 times more potent than isoprenaline. This agent has also been noted to reduce the loss of muscle mass in murine models.
