| 生化机理 | Etodolac is a Cox-2 inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. Etodolac is shown to inhibit growth and PCNA expression and induce cell cycle arrest in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, in addition to suppressing the occurrence of aberrant crypt foci and tumors in colitis-induced tumorigenesis in rats. Etodolac is an inhibitor of Cox-1. |
