    备注 Bexarotene is a retinoid specifically selective for retinoid X receptors, used as an oral antineoplastic agent in the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
    生化机理

    Bexarotene (tradenamed Targretin) is an oral antineoplastic agent indicated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) (in 2000) for cutaneous T cell lymphoma. Bexarotene (tradenamed Targretin) has been used off-label for lung cancer, breast cancer, and Kaposi's sarcoma. Bexarotene (tradenamed Targretin) is a retinoid specifically selective for retinoid X receptors, as opposed to the retinoic acid receptors.
