产品活性：Pristinamycin 是一种具有口服活性的链霉素样的抗生素，产生于 Streptomyces pristinaespiralis，Pristinamycin 由两种化学上不相关的成分组成：Pristinamycin I (PI) 和 Pristinamycin II (PII)。Pristinamycin 对多种抗生素耐药病原菌，特别是革兰氏阳性菌，包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)、万古霉素耐药金黄色葡萄球菌 (VRSA) 和粪肠球菌 (VREF) 具有高度的活性。

In Vitro: In-vitro studies show pristinamycin to inhibit Staphylococci and Streptococci, including Erythromycin highly-resistant organisms, at a concentration of less than or equal to 0.78 mg/l.

In Vivo: To study Pristinamycin activity in vivo, mice infected IP with C. psittaci. Mortality in the control group was 70%. Three groups of mice received 25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg Pristinamycin respectively. The antibiotic was active in the 100 mg/kg dosage which is the therapeutic dosage.
