Tenuifolin
产品活性:Tenuifolin 是能够从远志中分离出的三萜,具有口服活性和神经保护作用。Tenuifolin 可通过抑制 β-secretase 减少 Aβ 蛋白分泌,并抑制 Aβ25-35 诱导的细胞凋亡、以及 caspase-3 和 caspase-9 的激活。Tenuifolin 还能够降低 AChE 活性,同时增加去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺等神经递质的水平,来改善衰老小鼠的学习和记忆能力。Tenuifolin 有潜力用于阿尔茨海默氏病 (AD) 的研究。

In Vitro: Tenuifolin (50 μM; 24 h) protects SH-SY5Y cells against Aβ25-35 (20 μM)-induced apoptosis, and decreased the mRNA level of caspase-3 and -9.Tenuifolin (50 μM, 100 μM; 24 h) inhibits Aβ25-35 (20 μM)-induced the loss of mitochondria-membrane potential in SH-SY5Y cells.
In Vivo: Tenuifolin (20-80 mg/kg; po; single dose) induces beneficial effects on learning and memory, prevents loss and apoptosis of neurons in APP/PS1 mice.
