Caspase-3/7 activator 2 (0.06 μM; 72 h) significantly inhibits the expression of apoptosis inhibitor Bcl2 in Caco-2 cells (down-regulates Bcl2 by 0.127 folds). Caspase-3/7 activator 2 insignificant effects the morphology of Caco-2 and HepG-2 cells.
