描述: Salsalate (Sasapyrine) 是一种有效的抗风湿药物，是一种非乙酰化水杨酸盐，可以绕过胃的吸收，也可以避免环氧合酶的抑制。它具有抗炎活性，降低血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗和细胞因子表达，可用于研究 2 型糖尿病。
