英文名: Diphenmanil methylsulfate

描述: Diphenmanil methylsulfate (Diphemanil mesylate) 是一种抗胆碱能季铵盐，可与毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体结合，从而减少胃酸、汗液和唾液的分泌。

体外活性: 药代动力学实验表明,Diphemanil Methylsulphate吸收缓慢(tmax = 2~4 h),平均半衰期为8.35 h,48h 内药物在尿液中的量恢复为给药剂量的0.6%~7.4%.该药物在胃肠道吸收差,生物完全利用度仅为15%~25%.

体内活性: Diphemanil Methylsulfate通过主要结合毒蕈碱M3受体发挥其抗毒蕈碱的作用,还能直接作用于平滑肌的解痉。
