英文名: CHPG sodium salt

描述: CHPG sodium salt 是 mGluR5 的选择性激动剂，可激活 ERK 和 Akt 信号通路。 CHPG 钠盐可用于创伤性脑损伤的研究。

体外活性: After the treatment of SO2 derivatives, CHPG sodium salt (10-500 µM) increases the cell viability and decreases the release of LDH. CHPG sodium salt (0.5 mM) prevents SO2-induced apoptosis and increases the expression of TSG-6 through TSG-6/NF-κB pathway in BV2 cells[1].

体内活性: In Sprague-Dawley male rats, injection of CHPG sodium salt (250 nM) reduces the cerebral lesion volume significantly[2].
