英文名: Tropisetron hydrochloride

描述: Tropisetron hydrochloride (Tropisetron HCl) 是5-HT3受体拮抗剂和α7-烟碱受体激动剂，具有抗恶心和止吐活性，对5-HT3受体的 IC50为70.1 nM。

体内活性: Tropisetron (1 mg/kg i.p.) significantly improves the deficient inhibitory processing of the P20-N40 auditory evoked potential in DBA/2 mice. [5]
