英文名: Arimoclomol

描述: Arimoclomol (BRX-220 free base) 是热休克蛋白 (HSP) 的共诱导剂，可用于治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症的研究。

体内活性: In male Wistar rats, Arimoclomol (20 mg/kg; gavage) protects cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK)-induced acute pancreatitis. The pancreatic levels of HSP60 and HSP72 are significantly increased[2].
