英文名: Lotilaner

描述: Lotilaner 是杀寄生虫剂，是非竞争性的昆虫GABACl 受体拮抗剂，对果蝇 GABA 受体的IC50值为 23.84 nM。对家犬的 GABAA 无明显作用。

体外活性: Lotilaner displays IC50s of 38.25 ± 3.75, 52.40 ± 4.54, 36.79 ± 4.39 nM for Drosophila melanogaster dieldrin/fipronil-resistant forms (DmR2), Lepeophtheirus salmonis (Ls) and Rhipicephalus microplus (Rm) GABACl receptors, respectively.
