描述: QL47 是一种宿主靶向的小分子抗病毒剂，具有抗病毒活性，对登革热病毒和其他 RNA 病毒有抑制作用。QL47 可作为病毒翻译的抑制抑制剂和 BTK 的共价抑制剂，可用于研究淋巴瘤。

体外活性: QL47 inhibits protein neosynthesis initiated by both canonical cap-driven and noncanonical initiation strategies, most likely by targeting an early step in translation elongation[2].QL47, with an EC50 of 475 nM, inhibits the autophosphorylation of BTK on Tyr223 in cells and, with an EC50 of 318 nM, inhibits the phosphorylation of a downstream effector PLCγ2 (Tyr759). In Ramos cells, QL47 induces a G1 cell cycle arrest that is associated with pronounced degradation of BTK protein. Furthermore, QL47 inhibits the proliferation of B-cell lymphoma cancer cell lines at submicromolar concentrations[1].
