英文名: Treosulfan

描述: Treosulfan (Treosulphan) 是一种双功能的烷化剂，对卵巢癌及其他的实体瘤都有抑制效果。

体外活性: Treosulfan inhibits several cancer cell lines, such as Panc-1, Miapaca-2 and Capan-2 cells (IC50s: 3.6 μg/mL, 1.8 μg/mL and 2.1 μg/mL respectively). It also shows nearly 100% cytotoxicity on these cell lines at 100 μg/mL. Treosulfan (1, 2.5, 5 μg/ml) combined with 5-FU (0.1, 0.25, 0.5 μg/ml) has antagonistic effect on Panc-1 cells at intermediate and high concentrations, and on Miapaca-2 cells at all doses. Treosulfan (0.1-100 μg/mL) in combination with LY 188011 exhibits enhanced activity against cancer cells. Treosulfan (800 μg/mL) dramatically decreases erythrocyte forward scatter, increases the percentage of annexin-V-binding cells, [Ca2+]i, and ROS [1][2].

体内活性: Treosulfan (1.5 g/kg/day) 在短时间内仅促使脾细胞产生白细胞介素-2。此外，Treosulfan (1.5 g/kg/day) 快速引起骨髓消失，同时耗竭小鼠脾脏中的B细胞和T细胞[3]。
