英文名: Tulopafant

描述: Tulopafant（RP 59227） 是一种有效的血小板活化因子 (PAF) 拮抗剂，可增加毛细血管通畅性并延长异体心脏移植的生存期。

体外活性: Preincubation of neutrophils with Tulopafant (RP 59227) results in a concentration-dependent decrease in chemiluminescence produced by PAF-primed cells[2].

体内活性: Tulopafant (RP 59227) effectively reduces myocardial infarct size and decreases the incidence of ischemia and reperfusion-induced arrhythmias in barbital-anesthetized dogs[1]. Histological examination reveals a marked reduction in both interstitial hemorrhage and the deposition of platelets and granulocytes in capillaries of cardiac xenografts when recipient animals are pretreated with Tulopafant[1].
