英文名: Vitamin K

描述: Vitamin K (Kephton) 具有凝血作用，对凝血因子、基质-Gla 蛋白和骨钙素很重要。

体外活性: Vitamin K 在神经系统中扮演重要角色。它促进蛋白质Gas6与蛋白质S的生物激活，这两者是TAM家族（Tyro3、Axl与Mer）受体酪氨酸激酶的配体。在大脑中，Vitamin K 参与鞘脂的合成[3]。

体内活性: Vitamin K supplementation is beneficial in improving insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance, reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes, and preventing insulin resistance. The recommended intake of adequate vitamin K is 90 micrograms per day for women and 120 micrograms per day for men [2]. Vitamin K deficiency leads to an increase in hypocarboxylated osteocalcin, a decrease in bone mineral density, and an increased probability of fracture. Vitamin K supplementation reduces undercarboxylated osteocalcin and improves bone turnover curves [4].
