描述: Felypressin acetate (PLV-2) 是加压素 1 的激动剂，作用于所有精氨酸加压素受体 1AS。 Felypressin acetate 可用于牙科手术。

体外活性: Felypressin is a synthetic hormone of the posterior pituitary lobe characterized by vasoconstrictor properties mediated by V1 receptors of the blood vessel smooth muscle cells[4].

体内活性: In Wistar rats, Felypressin (240 ng/kg; i.v.) induces a pressor effect and bradycardic effect depending on V1 receptors to induce pressor and bradycardic effects. Felypressin produces a high relationship between bradycardia and mean arterial pressure vari
