英文名: Isbogrel

描述: Isbogrel (CV4151)是一种小分子血栓素A2合成酶(TXA2 synthase)抑制剂，可用来研究心律失常、短暂性脑缺血发作和血栓形成。

体内活性: CV-4151 significantly inhibited photochemically induced MCA thrombosis by oral (1 and 10 mg/kg) and intravenous (1 mg/kg) administration.[2] CV-4151 (10 mg/kg, p.o.), furthermore, significantly reduced the infarct size and inhibited the increase in lactate content. CV-4151 might be a useful drug for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and for the prevention of cerebral infarction.[2]
