描述: Eprazinone dihydrochloride (NSC 317935) 是一种具有镇咳和粘液溶解作用的粘液溶解剂。它是神经激肽 1 受体的配体，可改善肺功能和动脉血氧分压，可用于慢性支气管炎的研究。

体内活性: Eprazinone 2HCl is a drug with proposed mucolytic, secretolytic, and bronchial antispasmodic properties. Eprazinone 2HCl improves pulmonary function and arterial pOO. Eprazinone also appears to have an antitussive and mucolytic effect. Eprazinone influences both bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) lipid levels and ion transport. [1]
