英文名: PATULIN

描述: Patulin (Claviform) 是由 Aspergillus、Penicillium 和 Byssochlamys 几种真菌属产生的霉菌毒素，有致染色体断裂、突变，致畸和细胞毒性作用。它通过溶酶体-线粒体轴诱导自噬依赖性细胞凋亡，能造成 DNA 损伤。

体外活性: The World Health Organization considers patulin cytotoxic and established a safety level of patulin in apple juice at 50 μM.2 At 100-200 μM, patulin can directly increase intracellular oxidative stress in HEK293 and HL-60 cells.

体内活性: The oral LD50 value of patulin ranges between 29 and 55 mg/kg body weight in rodents and 170 mg/kg body weight in poultry.
