描述: Tridecanoic acid (Tridecylic Acid) 是一种存在于乳制品中的 13 碳饱和脂肪酸，也是正十六烷厌氧生物降解的产物。 它是磷脂酶 A2 的底物，可作为抗粘剂和抗生物膜剂，用于研究细菌感染。它抑制大肠杆菌的持久性和生物膜形成。
