英文名: Solamargine

描述: Solamargine (δ-Solanigrine) 是一种来源于茄属植物的类固醇 Solasodine 的衍生物，诱导非选择性细胞毒性和 P-gp 抑制作用。它通过下调 MMP-2 和 MMP-9 的表达和活性来显著抑制 HepG2 细胞的迁移和侵袭，在多种癌症中均表现出抗癌活性。

体外活性: Solamargine concentration-dependently reduced HepG2 cell viability. Solamargine (7.5 μM) reduced cell viability by less than 20% in HepG2 cells. Solamargine (highest dose) decreased cell invasion and migration by more than 72% and 70% in HepG2 cells, respectively. Solamargine reduced function and expression of MMP-2/9 proteins. Solamargine time-dependently increased phosphorylation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) in a fashion.
