英文名: Fondaparinux sodium

描述: Fondaparinux sodium (SR-90107A) 是抗凝血酶依赖性的 factor Xa 抑制剂。

体外活性: Fondaparinux sodium 是一个新类别抗凝剂的首个药物，特异性靶向因子Xa。Fondaparinux(anti-Xa IU/ml)对于活化的单核细胞(ac-M)和来源于单核细胞的微粒(MMPs)的IC50值分别为0.59±0.05和0.17±0.03[2]。

体内活性: Fondaparinux sodium has a linear, dose-dependent pharmacokinetic profile, which provides a highly predictable response. Fondaparinux sodium is 100% bioavailable, has a rapid onset of action, and has a half-life of 14 to 16 hours, allowing for sustained antithrombotic activity over a 24-hour period. The drug neither affects prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time nor does it affect platelet function or aggregation[1].
