英文名: Bilastine

描述: Bilastine (Bilaxten) 是新型抗组胺药，对H1组胺受体具有高度选择性，起效快，作用时间长的特性，可用于变应性鼻结膜炎和荨麻疹。

体外活性: Bilastine has a highly selective affinity for the H1-receptor but a very low affinity for 30 other tested receptors. It isn't obvious inhibitory against bradykinin, serotonin, muscarinic M3-receptors, leukotriene D4, calcium, α1-adrenoceptors, β2-adrenoceptors, and H2- and H3- receptors.

体内活性: 在患有过敏性鼻结膜炎的患者中，Bilastine对包括阻塞在内的所有鼻部症状以及眼部症状都显示出有效性。在空腹状态下，Bilastine能够迅速被吸收，但如果与食物或果汁同服，则吸收速度会减慢。
