英文名: Mequitazine

描述: Mequitazine (Virginan) 是一种有效的、非镇静剂和长效组胺 H1 拮抗剂。

体外活性: Mequitazine广泛地被研究和用于治疗过敏性疾病，如花粉热和荨麻疹[1]。对于所有测试的临床分离株，包括Ps. aeruginosa，Mequitazine展示了显著的杀菌效果。其对革兰氏阳性菌株的效果更为显著[2]。

体内活性: Mequitazine antagonizes the effect of histamine in guinea-pig ileum competitively. Mequitazine at 107 produces a parallel shift of the dose-response curve to acetylcholine in the rat duodenum. Mequitazine at highest concentration shows anticholinergic activity [3]. Mequitazine inhibits contractile responses to KCl, phenylephrine (PE), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), and Ca2+ in rat aorta [4].
