描述: Tenuifoliside B 是一种分离自Polygalae Radix 中的成分，能够抑制氰化钾引起的缺氧和东莨菪碱引起的记忆障碍。它有成为 AD 先导化合物的潜力。它具有潜在的认知改善和脑保护作用。

体内活性: Tenuifoliside B , which is one of the acylated oligosaccharides in the roots of P. tenuifolia, showed the cerebral protective effect on potassium cyanide (KCN)-induced anoxia in mice, widely used as an animal model for cerebrovascular disease, and also had an ameliorative effect on the scopolamine-induced impairment of performance in passive avoidance task in rats.
