描述: Esflurbiprofen 是 Flurbiprofen 的活性对映体，是 COX-1 和 COX-2 的抑制剂，对 COX-1和 COX-2的 IC50分别为0.48 和 0.47 μM。

体外活性: (S)-Flurbiprofen (10–7 M) results in a total suppression of basal and stimulated PGE2 release in rat skin.
