描述: Brassinazole 是一种选择性的三唑型类固醇 (BR)生物合成抑制剂。Brassinazole 可用于调节油芸素类固醇 (BR) 信号转导通路，用于调节植物木质部的生长和发育。

体外活性: At concentrations of 0.5, 1, and 5 μM, Brassinazole induces marked malformation of seedlings, rendering them morphologically similar to BR-deficient mutants. Cress treated with Brassinazole exhibits dwarfism and altered leaf morphology, characterized by downward curling and a dark green color typical of Arabidopsis BR-deficient mutants. This dwarfism is reversed by the application of 10 nM brassinolide [1].
