描述: Antioxidant agent-3 (Compound 14q) 是一种抗氧化剂，具有有效的DPPH 自由基清除活性和ABTS+清除活性，IC50分别为 26.58 和 30.31 μM。Antioxidant agent-3 作用于 H2O2处理的 HepG2 细胞，可增加活性氧 (ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 和谷胱甘肽 (GSH)，并减少乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。

体外活性: Antioxidant agent-3 (Compound 14q) exhibits good activity in DPPH radicals scavenging and ABTS + scavenging with the values of IC 50 is 26.58 μM and 30.31 μM respectively [1]. Antioxidant agent-3 shows low cytotoxicity in human normal WI-38 ( IC 50 > 100 μM) and GES ( IC 50 > 200 μM) cells [1]. Antioxidant agent-3 can enhance viability of H 2 O 2 -induced HepG2 cells [1]. Antioxidant agent-3 decreases the apoptotic percentage of HepG2 cells [1]. Antioxidant agent-3 reduces the ROS produce and LDH release, improves GSH and SOD levels in H 2 O 2 -treated HepG2 cells, and exhibits more stability in methanol solution [1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay [1] Cell Line: WI-38 and GES cells line Concentration: 200, 100, 50, 25 and 12.5 μM Incubation Time: 48 h Result: Showed less toxicity in hemolysis assay and weaker antiproliferative effects. Cell Viability Assay [1] Cell Line: H 2 O 2 -damaged WI-38 and HepG2 cells Concentration: 50, 25 and 12.5 μM Incubation Time: 1 h Result: Increased cells viability of H2O2-indcued cells and protected the H2O2-indcued cells against injury. Apoptosis Analysis [1] Cell Line: H 2 O 2 -damaged HepG2 cells Concentration: 50, 25 and 12.5 μM Incubation Time: 1 h Result: Protect the H 2 O 2 -injured HepG2 cells against apoptosis through antioxidant effect.
