细胞实验: Cells are subjected to a dose range of doxorubicin concentrations in the presence or absence of a non-toxic dose (10 nM) of the small molecule JIP1-inhibitor BI-78D3. (Only for Reference)

体外活性: BI-78D3 Inhibits JNK interacting protein 1 (JIP1)-JNK binding and prevents JNK substrate phosphorylation[2].

体内活性: 在动物研究中，BI-78D3不仅阻断了JNK依赖的Con A诱导的肝损伤，还在2型糖尿病小鼠模型中恢复了胰岛素敏感性[1]。
