英文名: Adefovir

描述: Adefovir 是一种单磷酸腺苷类似物抗病毒剂，在细胞内转化为 Adefovir diphosphate 后可抑制HBVDNA 聚合酶。它在 HepG2.2.15 细胞系中对HBV 的IC50为 0.7 μM。它对多种病毒(包括HBV 和疱疹病毒)具有良好的抗病毒活性。

细胞实验: The effect of adefovir on viral CCC DNA synthesis was examined with primary cultures of DHBV-infected fetal hepatocytes.?Adefovir was administered for six consecutive days starting one day before or four days after DHBV inoculation.?Dose-dependent inhibition of both virion release in culture supernatants and synthesis of intracellular viral DNA was observed[1].

体外活性: adefovir is a potent inhibitor of DHBV replication that inhibits CCC DNA amplification but does not effectively prevent the formation of CCC DNA from incoming viral genomes[1].
