英文名: Losartan Carboxaldehyde

描述: Losartan Carboxaldehyde 是氯沙坦的中间醛代谢产物。它不能阻断 AT1-R ，但可以抑制内皮环氧合酶 (COX)-2 的表达，起到抗炎作用。

体外活性: At 1 μM in vitro, losartan carboxaldehyde has also been shown to block the upregulation of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM)-1 mRNA and COX-dependent generation of thromboxane A2 and prostaglandin F2α[1]
