描述: Monolaurin 是椰子油中的一种表面活性剂和乳化剂。它抑制葡萄球菌、链球菌、加德纳菌、念珠菌和嗜血杆菌的生长，并减少促炎细胞因子的产生。

体外活性: Monolaurin is also active against a panel of 16 fungi when used at a concentration of 0.1% in growth media[1]
