描述: JH-X-119-01 是白介素 1 受体相关激酶 1 的选择性抑制剂。它能够改善 LPS 诱导的小鼠败血症。它可以抑制 IRAK1(IC50:9 nM)，在浓度达到 10 μM 时，也不会对 IRAK4 产生抑制作用。

体外活性: JH-X-119-01 exhibited cytotoxic activity at single digit micromolar concentrations in a panel of WM, DLBCL, and lymphoma cell lines expressing MYD88.?Cotreatment of JH-X-119-01 with the BTK inhibitor ibrutinib resulted in synergistic killing effects in these systems.
