英文名: Kukoamine A

描述: Kukoamine A 是一种天然的精胺衍生物，具有抗癌、抗高血压、细胞保护、抗氧化和抗炎活性。它是锥虫硫磷还原酶抑制剂，Ki 值为 1.8 μM。

体外活性: The four possible regioisomers of Kukoamine A, as well as a series of Kukoamine A analogs incorporating changes in either the SPM or the DHCA structural units, were evaluated for their antioxidant activity and their inhibitory activity on soybean lipoxygenase (LOX) and lipid peroxidation[1]. The reducing properties of the compounds were evaluated using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay and found to be in the range 5-97.5%. Kukoamine A significantly inhibits LOX with IC50 9.5 microM. All tested analogs inhibited lipid peroxidation in the range of 11-100%[1].
